Starle Travel was founded in 2011 by a small team of passionate travellers who had spent a decade frustrated by the sameness of high-end travel. Five-star hotels with identical lobbies. "VIP" tours that moved in packs. Itineraries built around convenience rather than genuine discovery.
They believed something different was possible: luxury built on authentic access, on the personal relationships that only time and trust can create, and on a genuine commitment to understanding each client as an individual rather than a booking reference.
From a single office in Oxford, the company grew organically — entirely on the strength of client recommendations. In 2016, a second office opened in Miami to better serve our expanding North American clientele. Together, these bases give us deep roots in both the European and Atlantic travel worlds.
Today, Starle is trusted by some of the world's most accomplished people to design experiences that no travel company — or indeed, no amount of searching — could replicate.

Each member of our small, highly experienced team has lived and worked in the regions they specialise in. They are not selling travel — they are sharing it.
Spent eight years as a sailing instructor in Greece before founding Starle. Has charted over 40,000 nautical miles and holds an RYA Yachtmaster Ocean certificate.
